Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AetherLab agent kits, a document conversion service operated by akeo inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

AetherLab agent kits provides browser tests and paid API access for document conversion workflows, including HTML to PDF/PPTX, Markdown to Word, PDF to Markdown, and spreadsheet to JSON. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, Google login, API keys, and any systems that call the API. You must promptly revoke keys or contact us if you believe credentials were exposed.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Usage Limits

Paid plans include monthly credits, concurrency limits, and converter-specific request limits. Each convert request consumes one credit. If your monthly credits are used, conversions pause until the next renewal or until additional capacity is arranged.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to process unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or security-sensitive content, or to interfere with the service, bypass limits, scrape the platform, or resell access without written permission.

5. Files, URLs, and Output

You are responsible for the source files, public URLs, prompts, data, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to process that content. You retain ownership of your content and output, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

6. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers such as Google for authentication, Stripe for payments, hosting providers, storage providers, and conversion infrastructure. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms, change limits, suspend abusive traffic, or modify the service when needed for security, compliance, or operations.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, akeo inc. disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay fees, or use the service unlawfully.
