Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for AetherLab agent kits subscriptions and paid API access.

1. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled. Plan credits and concurrency limits apply during each billing cycle. If monthly credits are used, conversions pause until the next renewal unless additional capacity is arranged.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, email admin@aetherlab.me with your account email, subscription plan, payment date, and the reason for the request. We review refund requests in good faith.

4. Review Criteria

Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewals, or material service failures. We may decline refunds for consumed credits, completed conversions, abusive activity, policy violations, or requests made long after the billing date.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card processing times may vary.
